Diane specializes in Senior Real Estate Services.
In 2021, she obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) certificate following her passion for working with senior clientele. Diane's experience working with the senior market made her realize what was needed was a concierge service for seniors. She found that many of her clients' children were spread across the country or had very time-consuming family and work schedules.
Providing “one-stop” services made the process of moving into an over 55 community, out of state, into assisted living a smoother, or rehabilitation center a less stressful real estate experience. Diane works with a team that ensures a smooth real estate transaction: Buying/selling your home, staging/moving/downsizing, and home repair/Certificate of Occupancy preparation.
